Last updated: October 2026

Supplemental Marketing Solutions ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide through our website.

Information we collect

When you submit a form — such as the Growth Audit form — we collect your name, business name, email, phone, website URL, industry, service area, and any optional information you provide. We also collect analytics data about website usage.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct Growth Audits, provide our services, and communicate with you about marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS / Text Messaging

We collect your mobile phone number only when you provide it and consent to receive text messages from Supplemental Marketing Solutions. We use it to send the types of messages you agreed to, such as appointment reminders, lead follow-up, service updates, and, if you separately opted in, marketing messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

Data storage

Your information is stored in our CRM system and used to provide and improve our services. We retain information as needed to serve our clients and comply with legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@supplementalmarketingsolutions.com.
